Benny is a qualified Australian CPA. He has a strong background and knowledge in evaluating potential investment opportunities and fund raising proposals. Also, he has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, and assisting in the negotiation processes, especially in accounting and finance functions of both front and end. His work has involved himself in operational projects for Chinese investors who are interested in exploring and capturing business opportunities in Australia. Benny will be expected to establish our China branches and oversee operations.
